| 摘 要： | 从阐述TQM和ISO9000的基本内涵与理念入手,结合高校教学质量管理实际,论述基于TQM和ISO9000的高校教学质量管理新理念:顾客导向,以人为本;三全管理,系统集成;预防为主,持续改进。并对TQM和ISO9000应用于高校教学质量管理存在的困难进行了认真思考。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the discussion of the base essence and the ideas of TQM and ISO9000,the article brings out the new ideas of teaching quality management based on TQM and ISO9000,i.e.,customer-oriented,hu-man-oriented;all involved in the management,system-integrated;putting prevention in the first place,and con-stantly improving the teaching quality.Then,we take a deep consideration about the difficulties of the adoption of TQM and ISO9000 in the teaching quality management in colleges and universities. |
