摘    要:培育绿色食品产业集群是闽北区域发展的必然选择,是打造闽北“中国绿谷”的核心。构想以食品制造业为核心,食品加工制造技术为纽带,上下连结,前后联系,形成产业链,并通过循环经济模式在企业间、产业间、资源与废弃物间建立起三大循环体系。集群培育需要政府、社会、企业等多方面共同努力,协同作用。

Abstract:Developing industrial cluster of green food is an inevitable choice for regional development in the north Fujian,and the key of creating China's green valley here.The idea is taking food manufacturing as a center and food processing technology as a link to form a chain of industries.Then based on the mode of circular economy,three great circular systems are set up among enterprises,among industries and between resources and wastes.The cluster development demands joint efforts and coordinated functions of governments,society and enterprises.
