| 摘 要： | 研究生党建工作是研究生思想政治教育工作的龙头,对于研究生思想政治教育、培养拔尖创新人才、创新型国家建设具有重要意义.党建工作创新应坚持以人为本,贯彻科学发展观,围绕人才培养中心工作,坚持理想信念教育.提出了党建工作创新应进行顶层设计,创新研究生党建工作体系;搭建工作平台,创新研究生党建工作载体;利用信息技术,提升党建工作的质量和效率;提升支部活力,创新研究生基层党建工作.

| Abstract: | Graduate student party construction is the leading work in ideological and political education of graduate students, and is of great significance in cultivating top-notch innovative talents and innovative national construction. Innovation of party construction should be people-oriented, carry out the scientific outlook on development, center on talent training and adhere to the ideal ＆ faith education. The paper proposes new ideas in graduate student party construction via top design, setting up working platform, utilizing information technology, and promoting branch vitality, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of party construction. |
