| 摘 要： | 介绍了可靠性设计与Monte Carlo方法的基本原理,并提出了一种基于Monte Carlo的可靠性仿真方法.应用该方法可以在样本数据有限的情况下,求解机械零部件的可靠度及其置信水平.给出了应用该方法分析工程机械轮胎可靠性的一个算例.

| Abstract: | The paper induces the basic principles of reliability design and Monte Carlo, analyses the simulation technique of mechanical reliability based on Monte Carlo method. Reliability parameter and believable level of mechanical part can be worked out with this method when data of swatch is insufficient. Furthermore, the paper gives a calculating sample to analyse the reliability of tire for engineering construction machines by means of the method. |
