| 摘 要： | 根据《归档文件整理规则》并结合我国文书立卷工作的实际,对目前我国档案界普遍运用的"以件归档"的操作方式所存在的缺陷进行了分析,认为《规则》作为档案工作的标准和指导性文献尚有一些不够完善之处,使文书立卷在具体操作中出现一些问题,应针对这些问题进行改革和完善。 |

| Abstract: | "Filing documents by pieces" is the most common way of document filing in our country. In accordance with the provisions of Rules of Document Filing (RDF) and in respect to the realities of document filing in China, analysis is made to the defects of the above-mentioned way. It is concluded that there are some demerits in RDF, which is now taken as the standard and guiding book of document filing. In consequence, there have emerged some problems in the actual practice. Therefore, reform should be made in respect to these problems. |
