| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,河北省农村经济取得了飞速的发展,经济综合实力不断增强,但河北省在农村生态文化建设的过程中也出现了一些问题。文章首先梳理了国内有关农村生态文化问题的研究综述,深入探讨河北省农村生态文化建设在生态文化意识、生态文化基础设施、生态文化建设的制度以及相关法律法规等中存在的问题,并提出了相应的路径选择。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Since the reform and opening up of China, the rural economy of Hebei Province has obtained a rapid development, the comprehensive power of economy has continuously increased. But there has appeared a series of problems in the process of the development. This paper introduces the issues of domestic research overview on the rural ecological culture, deeply discusses the problems of our rural ecological culture construction appearing in eco-cultural consciousness, ecological and cultural infrastructure, the system of the ecological cultural construction and some related laws and regulation in Hebei Province, and finally proposes corresponding route selections. |
