严峻就业形势下高校创业教育的问题与对策

针对严峻的就业形势,党和政府高度重视大学生创业教育,大学生创业已成为解决大学生就业问题的重要途径。但高校创业教育仍存在认识不足、与专业教育融合不够、师资队伍薄弱、缺乏创业资金和场地等诸多问题。基于这些问题,高校应完善领导机制和人才培养方案,加强师资培养和课程体系建设,整合校内和社会资源加强大学生创业教育,提升大学生综合素质。

Entrepreneurship education and countermeasures in colleges and universities under the grim employment situation

For severe employment situation, the party and the government attach great importance to entrepreneurship education of college students, and entrepreneurship for students has become an important way to solve the employment problem of college students. But there are still such problems as insufficient understanding of entrepreneurship education, lack fusion with professional education, weak teaching faculty, and the lack of venture capital and site. Therefore, Universities should improve the leadership system and personnel training programs, strengthen teacher training and curriculum system construction,recognize and consolidate resources inside and outside so as to strengthen entrepreneurship education and enhance the overall quality of students.
