我国大学内部学术权力与行政权力的平衡

大学内部行政权力与学术权力是伴随大学发展而出现和演变的。中世纪之前的大学结构简单,学者包揽大学的一切事务。中世纪之后,伴随社会科技的发展,大学开始世俗化,大学的职能增多、结构复杂、事务繁杂,学者已经无法包揽大学的一切事务,出现了专门管理大学事务的行政人员,大学内部的行政权力与学术权力及其矛盾应运而生。如何协调两者的关系,一直是大学管理不可回避的重要问题。我国大学内部行政权力与学术权力长期不平衡,已经到了必须解决的地步。

The Balance of the University Internal Academic Power and Administrative Power in China

University's internal administrative power and academic power have accompanied the occurrence and development of universities.The university structure before Middle Ages was simple and scholars undertook all the general affairs of the university.After Middle Ages,the functions of university have become diversified,and there have come the administrators whose job is to take charge of the university affairs.Therefore,the contradictions between the academic power and the internal administrative power have emerged as the time goes on.How to coordinate these relations is an important problem that the university cannot escape from.The long-term imbalance between the university's internal administrative power and academic power in our country has gone to such extent that it must be solved in an effective way.
