| 摘 要： | 杨万里的诗经历过漫长的学习阶段，最后定型在王安石的半山体。诚斋体主要是半山体的延续和发展。至于杨万里自称无所依傍，只不过是禅宗思维方式在创新意识上的表现罢了。

| Abstract: | The poetry of Yangwanli finalizes the design on Banshan style of Wanganshi after learning for a long time.The Chengzhai style is the continuation and development of Banshan style.As for Yangwanlire thought himself created a new style,in fact,it is the expression of the mode of thinking of Dyane in consciousness of creation. |
