| 摘 要： | 根据以人为本的基本要求,指出大学生管理工作的"以人为本"应表现为一切从学生根本利益出发,促进学生的全面发展,并结合目前大学生管理工作实际,提出有利于大学生全面发展的工作途径,以期为高校在学生管理工作中贯彻以人为本思想提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the human-oriented requirement,the article points out that the management of college students should take students'fundamental interests as priority to promote students'overall development.In combination with the reality of college students' management at present,the article puts forward approaches in favor of college students' all-round development,thus offering new thoughts of implementing human-orientedconcept in students' management at universities. |
