| Abstract: | It is the important guarantee to do the union work in institutions of higher education that we should establish a scientific concept on development and put the newly issued "Trade Union Law" into effect.We should guide the trade unions' work in institutions of higher education with 16th Party Congress spirits,around the central tasks.We should do the trade unions' work to achieve innovation continuously in order to promote stability reform and development in the new escalation of the military academies. |
