| Abstract: | As a reflection of the taste and style of a university, the innovative environment of the universities is possessed with the characteristics of the realistic, democratic, exoteric, infectious and interactive. Furthermore, it can influence the formation of the innovative competence of the innovative talents greatly.Strengthening the building of the innovative environment requires us to construct the conditions which are conducive to the development of the advanced teaching facilities, the pluralistic information network, the sound teaching-supervision system, the exoteric academic exchanges, the strong humanism atmosphere and the innovative ideological atmosphere. |
