在全球经济一体化和可持续发展思想的国际背景下 ,农业可持续发展由最初的学术思潮逐渐演变成为多数国家农业发展的基本战略 ,受到了人类社会的广泛认同。因此 ,农业可持续发展与农民可持续发展能力已成为发展中国家的农业在全球经济一体化时代中最值得关注的焦点。生物技术与农业可持续发展关系密切 ,如何在农业可持续发展的约束下 ,合理、科学而理性地发展以生物技术为核心的农业生产技术体系是促进农业可持续发展的核心问题。由于可持续发展在农业上广泛应用 ,“绿色壁垒”逐渐成为国际农产品贸易中发达国家对发展中国家设置进口障碍的贸易保护工具 ,如何在发达国家和发展中国家合理运用“绿色壁垒”是21世纪农产品贸易中出现的新问题

Focus on the Agricultural sustainable development problems in the era of global economic integration

In the international background of the integration of global economy and the mentality of sustainable development,sustainable development of agriculture has steadly changed from an academic trend of thought at first into a basic strategy for most countries to develop their agriculture up to now, and has been widely accepted in human society.As a result,firstly,the sustainable development of agriculture and farmer's ability of sustainable development have become a focus which agiculturally is the most worthy of being paid attention to by developing countries in the era of the world economic integration;Secondly,biological technology has been so closely connected to the sustainable development of agriculture that,in the light of the requirement of sustainable development,how reasonably,scientifically and rationally to develop a technological system for agricultural production with biological technology as the core becomes a key problem to furthering the sustainable development of agrieulture; Thirdly, as a result of the fact that sustainable development has been widely applied to agriculture,a kind of trade barrier called green barrier becomes a tool for trade protection with which developed countries place all sorts of import obstacles before developing countries,thus how to take advantage of the green barrier in both developed and developing countries becomes a new problem of the 21st century trade barrier for agricultual products.
