| 摘 要： | 对ERP实施过程中存在的风险以及对风险的控制进行了研究。构建了ERP实施项目风险控制系统模型,提出流程管理在ERP实施中的应用,同时还给出了在ERP实施过程中运用流程管理的应用模式,从而帮助企业降低ERP实施的风险,提高企业实施ERP的成功率。

| Abstract: | Recently ERP is applied in lots of enterprises in China.However,like any other profitable things,ERP in itself is destined to take the risk.After studying the risk of the ERP implementation,we propose that the process management can decrease the risk in the ERP implementation and increase its success.We also give a framework of the process management in the ERP implementation. |
