| 摘 要： | 合作是人类社会重要的互动方式之一,现代社会中合作已变得越来越重要。对合作现象的研究始于20世纪初,兴盛于二战后,涉及多个学科研究视野。合作成功必备四大要素：贡献、成效、远景和环境（包括内环境和外环境）;合作演进过程表现为：合作层次提高、合作类型转换、合作内容改变、合作频率加快、合作空间增大等。
