高等医学院校法学专业医药法学类课程体系研究

有必要改革传统医药法类课程体系“大而全”以及机械地以部门法为教学单元的编排模式,应注重课程体系与教学内容的系统性、有机性和理论性。必须对我国医药法类的法律制度进行科学分类。医学院校法学专业的医药法类课程可由以下六门课程组成:医事法、药事法、公共卫生法、精神卫生法、传统医学法、生物医学法。新的医药法学课程体系以法学的视角思考问题,对医学院校法学专业(医事法学方向)学生有很强的适用性。

A Study into Curriculum System for Medical Jurisprudence Courses in Medical Colleges and Universities

In this paper,the authors put forward the view that it is necessary to change the present all-inclusive compiling mode of medical jurisprudence courses.Course system and teaching should be viewed as a systematic,organic and theoretical entity.It is also necessary to classify medical jurisprudence system and the courses should be composed of the following six ones:medical law;pharmaceutical law;public health law;psychological health law;traditional medicine law;and biomedicine law.The new medical jurisprudence courses is formulated with a legal perspective and is very suitable for the students concerned.
