| 摘 要： | 推动企业成长的主要力量是人力资本 ,人力资本中心观由此形成 ,动摇了传统的“资本基本主义”原则 ,也对传统的以非人力资本为中心的资本保全理论提出了挑战。分析了人力资本保全理论产生的基础 ,对人力资本的价值确定、价值补偿和收益问题作了探讨 ,并提出了人力资本保全应是一个整体保全和动态保全的概念。

| Abstract: | The main power which pushes forward the growth of the enterprises and the increase of modern economy is manpower capital.The view of Manpower Capital puts the traditional "Capital Fundamentalism" principle and the theory of Capital Reservation, which focuses on the non manpower capital, into great challenge. The foundation of the Theory of Manpower Capital Reservation,the value definition,compensation and earnings of the manpower capital are analysed . The concept that the manpower capital reservation should be the combination of a whole and dynamic reservation is put forward. |
