张九成佛教观论析——兼论佛教中国化的路径及特点

该文以张九成对佛教的认知、理解和评价为话源，指出张九成的佛教观具有双重性，即在言道方式、生活性情方面亲近佛教，而在心性、伦理方面排斥佛教。在此基础上，文章进一步对张九成思想的归宿和儒家学者在佛教中国化过程中的作用两个问题进行了讨论，认为张九成的思想特色是“身佛心儒”而非“阳儒阴释”，儒家学者在佛教中国化的程度和特质两个方面扮演了重要角色。

Zhang Jiucheng' s Buddhist Thoughts: On the Methods and Characteristics of Localized Buddhism in China

Based on Zhang Jiucheng' s cognition, comprehension and evaluation of Buddhism, this paper points out that there is duality in Zhang Jiucheng' s Buddhist thoughts. Furthermore, it analyzes the end-result of Zhang Jiucheng, s thoughts and the role that the Confucian scholars have played in the process of localization of Buddhism in China. As a result, the distinguishing feature of Zhang Jiucheng's thoughts is essentially Confucian and functionally Buddhist, not superficially Confucian and essentially Buddhist. It concludes that the Confucian scholars have played an important role in the localization of Buddhism in China.
