| 摘 要： | 国家“十一五”规划将发展乡村旅游确定为解决“三农”问题的重要手段，国家旅游局在将2006年旅游主题定为“中国乡村游”后，又将2007年旅游主题定为“和谐城乡游”，表明政府高度重视乡村旅游的发展。然而，我国乡村旅游还处于起步阶段，存在不少问题，有必要借鉴国外的成功经验。法国的乡村旅游在活动设计、旅游要素的组织安排及乡村旅游地的营销等方面比较规范和完善，对我国乡村旅游的发展有借鉴作用：（1）尊重当地居民意愿；（2）转变经营主体和经营方式；（3）推行乡村旅游品质认证制度；（4）围绕“乡村特色”开发产品项目；（5）营销和开发并重；（6）拓展旅游细分市场。

| Abstract: | Rural tourism is considered an important means in resolving "three agricultures" problem in the national "Eleventh Five Year" Plan and China National Tourism Administration has named the year 2007 as Harmonious tour in Cities and the Country and 2006 as China Rural Tour.This indicates that the government has paid high attention to the development of rural tourism.It is necessary for China to learn from other countries since China has just begun its rural tourism development.Rural tourism of France is mature in its designing,organizing and marketing etc.Their successful experience will prove helpful to us. |
