| 摘 要： | 梁启超从本世纪初中国的现实出发，提出了在中国建立近代市场经济的必要条件，即确立规范的竞争机制；提高国民素质，培养新式企业管理人才；改革政治体制，建立近代法治国家。对于资本主义经济，梁启超主张通过改良的手段推动其平稳健康发展，这些观点对于建设社会主义市场经济体制具有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | Starting with the reality of China in the early days of 1900s, Liang Qichao put forth that the necessary conditions for establishing contemporary market economy system in China consist in forming the normal competitive mechanisms, enhancing the national quality, cultivating modern enterprise managerial personnel, reforming the political system and establishing a contemporary country ruled by law. As for the capitalist economy, Liang advocated that the reformist means should be used to push its stable development. These points of view still have significant reference meaning for building the system of socialist market system. |
