论“高教强省”背景下的高校一流师资队伍建设

应充分认识在建设高教强省的时代背景下,建设高校一流师资队伍的重要性,建设高教强省首先需要有高校一流的师资队伍的鼎力支撑,故应通过引进和培养等措施和途径,着力打造江苏高校国际国内一流的师资队伍,造就国际、国内知名的大师、名师级人才。
