| 摘 要： | 加强公民道德建设是社会运行和发展的内在需要,是社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容.本文就如何在社会主义市场经济条件下加强公民道德建设问题进行了探讨,提出了制度保障、道德教育和公务人员道德示范等三条基本途径.

| Abstract: | Reinforcing citizen moral construction is the infinite demand for the run and development of society, as well as the important content in establishing socialism spiritual construction. This paper discusses how to reinforce citizen moral construction and provides three basic ways relating to the security of system, moral education and moral model of citizen. |
