| 摘 要： | 民主从属于经济基础的性质和状况并决定上层建筑的政治范畴。政治生活中执政党党内民主状况及其程度不仅对执政党本身,而且对全社会都有重大而深远的影响。中国缺乏民主传统,相适应的民主政治建设应走渐进式道路,要在有引导、有控制、有秩序中扩大,走自下而上的民主政治建设道路,分步实施逐步推进。

| Abstract: | Democracy is based on the property and condition of economic foundation.At the same time it decides the governable range of the upper building.In the governing process,the democracy in the ministerial party not only deeply influences the party itself,but also the whole society.Due to the practical situation in China,the appropriate democracy construction should be promoted progressively and in a guided way from the basic level step by step. |
