社会主义人权的特点和实现途径

中国特色社会主义人权是当代的马克思主义人权学说，是马克思主义人权思想同中国实际相结合的产物，围绕着“什么是社会主义人权，怎样才能实现和保障社会主义人权”这一中心问题展开。本文从社会主义人权建设的必要性和可能性人手，阐述了社会主义人权的主要特点，以及我国进行社会主义人权建设的历史经验，提出实现社会主义人权的途径。
