| 摘 要： | 简述了工科专业创新型人才的特征,指出创新型人才培养的若干关键条件,提出了提高农林高校工科创新型人才培养条件改善的主要途径与要求:(1)建立师资队伍成长的激励机制和支撑体系;(2)强化实践教学;(3)管理与运行机制创新。
