| 摘 要： | 我国风险投资体系存在着风险投资规模偏小、资金来源不足、风险投资运作不规范、缺乏优秀的风险投资人才等诸多问题，严重制约着我国风险投资事业的发展。要通过完善风险投资组织体系、构建风险投资市场体系、培育风险投资人才等措施来完善风险投资体系。

| Abstract: | In China's venture investment system, there exist such problems as small scle, insufficient capital sources, irregularity of venture investment operations, and lack of excellent talents in this field, which pose severe constraint on the development of China's venture investment cause. Measures should be taken to perfect the venture investment system, for example establishing the organizational system of venture investment, constructing the market system of venture investment and training relevant talents. |
