摘    要:元认知即对认知的认知 ,包括元认知知识、元认知体验和元认知监控三方面内容。元认知在不同的认知活动中都起着重要的作用 ,在教育领域的运用 ,具有重要的实践意义。在作文教学中 ,启发学生获得并掌握正确的元认知知识 ,是形成作文能力的基础 ;丰富学生的元认知体验 ,是提高作文能力的驱动力 ;指导学生调节和监控作文过程 ,是提高作文能力的核心

Abstract:Metacognition means cognition of cognition.It is composed of three aspects:metacognition knowledge,metacognition experience,and metacognition monitoring.Metacognition plays an important role in many different cognitive activities.For instance,it is especially significant in the practice of composition teaching in the realm of education.The foundation of developing composition ability is to enlighten students to acquire and master proper metacognition.The motive of improving composition ability stems from the enrichment of students' metacognition experience.And the core of bettering composition ability exists in guiding students when they adjust and monitor their composition process.
