| 摘 要： | CEPA作为国家主体与其单独关税区间的特殊经贸安排,是在"一国两制"和WTO框架内发展内地与港澳经贸关系的制度性创新,标志着内地与港澳的经贸合作进入了崭新的发展阶段。CEPA签署实施四周年来,为内地与香港澳门带来了不同的区域效益和具体行业效应,而学术界对其背景、内容性质、发挥效应、问题及发展方向也进行了全面深入的分析探讨,这些理论探讨为CEPA的深化拓展与三地经济进一步融合提供了重要的理论支持。

| Abstract: | CEPA is the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement of Mainland,HK and Macao in China.It is the economic innovation of the "one country two system" policy.The effect of CEPA on the economy of mainland,HK and Macao as well as its background,problems and developing trend are well studied by the scholars.Such researches and studies provide a solid foundation for the further development of CEPA and its practice. |
