高校推行国家助学贷款的思考

开展国家助学贷款工作，是实施科教兴国战略、加速人才培养的重大政策，其目的是帮助高校中经济困难学生顺利完成学业。但从助学贷款推行来看，效果并不理想，这就需要各部门进一步统一思想、提高认识、健全机制、完善措施，使国家助学贷款工作健康、持续地发展。

CONSIDERATIONS FOR COLLEGES TO CARRY OUT STATE-SPONSORED STUDENT LOAN

The foundation of the state-sponsored student loan is an important policy, whose implementation will contribute to the strategy for development of our country by relying on science and education and to the acceleration of qualified personnel cultivation. The purpose of founding such a loan is to help students in economic difficulty to accomplish their studies in college. But the practice does not produce desired effects, hence the necessity for all departments to further co-ordinate ideologically, improve their understanding, better operative mechanism, perfect performative measures to ensure the healthy and steady development of the state-sponsored student loan.
