我对公平与效率关系的理论见解

效率和公平的关系,是指生产效率和资源配置效率与分配公平之间的关系。近年来,随着改革的推进和经济社会的发展,新的矛盾日益凸显,因而在理论和政策指导上,有关“效率与公平”关系的提法,中央进行了调整,反映了对该问题的认识更加符合实际。有效实现公平和正义,既要重视效率,当前更要重视收入分配关系上的公平。公平和效率并重,实现两者的统一,是缓解当前收入分配差距过大,完善社会主义市场经济体制和构建社会主义和谐社会的需要。

My Theoretical Understanding of Relationship between Equality and Efficiency

The relationship between efficiency and equality refers to the relationship between productivity,alloca- tion of resources and fair distribution,In recently years,with the promotion of reform and development of econ- omy,new contradictions are ever outstanding,Therefore,the formulation of efficiency and equality in theory and policy guidance has been adjusted by the central government,which has reflected the knowledge of this issue is more realistic,The realization of fair and justice should not only emphasize efficiency,but also the relationship between income and distribution,Equal stress on justice and efficiency should be laid to realize integration of the two,which is needed to relieve the present huge gaps in income and distribution,improve the system of the so- cialist market economy and establish the harmonious society of socialism.
