摘    要:
高校教师的工作满意度是衡量高校教育体制改革成功与否的一项重要指标。以某重点大学部分教师的工作满意度调查为依据,结合该校的实际情况和组织行为学理论,通过分析该校教师的工作满意度现状和对工作绩效的影响,可以总结出如下规律:1)该校大部分教师对自己的总体工作和总体生活是比较满意的;2)在“融洽的同事关系”方面,该校教师表现出了较一致的满意程度;3)对工作条件这一项,过半的教师,特别是博士身份的教师表示出不满意或不太满意;4)在“心理挑战性工作”方面,高级职称的以及具有博士学位的和老年的教师比较满意,但中青年教师,特别是青年教师相当大比例表示不满意或不太满意;5)满意度最低的表现在“公平的报酬”方面。

Abstract:
Job satisfaction of university teachers is an important mark which scales whether the education system reform successful or not. The paper, based on the inquiry in job satisfaction of some teachers of one university, the reality of the university and the theory of Organizational Behavior, analyzes the status quo of teachers' job satisfaction and performance. Summary suggests as follows: 1. Majority of teachers were satisfied with their jobs and life as a whole; 2. Most of the teachers were satisfied with the relationship with their colleagues; 3. More than half of the teachers, especially doctors, were dissatisfied with their job condition; 4. Professors, doctors and senior teachers are satisfactory in challenge job, but quite a number of youthful and middle-aged teachers contrarily; 5. The lowest satisfaction is in income disparity.
