| Abstract: | Modernization of legal system is exoteric and international developing process of law.China ought to transplant developed country's law in this process.Law transplantation does not mean to copy the foreign law word for word.We should conformity the foreign law and the unwritten law of mainland.Do it,we can achieve nationalization of the transplanted law,and create the legal system of modernization of China's characteristic. |
