中国近代企业制度的创新及其局限性

摘    要:企业制度创新,是指企业的组织制度和管理制度的创新。近代中国企业一方面不断对企业组织进行必要的调整和改组;另一方面推行科学的企业管理制度。组织制度方面的创新带给企业新的发展契机。企业管理制度的创新,也适应了企业的发展需要,但企业制度的创新也有其局限性。

Abstract:The innovation of enterprise system refers to the innovation in organizational system and managerial system. In modern Chinese times, on one hand, the enterprises continuously made the necessary adjustment and reshaping to the organizations. On the other hand, the enterprises implemented the scientific management system. The innovation in organizational system brought new opportunities to the development of the enterprises. The innovation in management system met the needs of the development for enterprises. But the innovation of enterprise system also had its limitation.
