| 摘 要： | 由于我国农村存在着地区间经济发展不平衡等问题，目前仍然有大量的剩余劳动力滞留在农村，并严重地制约着农村经济的发展和农民收入的增加。因此，加大对农村劳动力转移培训的投入,合理有序地引导农村劳动力转移，这是有效地解决我国农村劳动力转移的关键，同时对我国经济社会的发展也具有重大的战略意义。

| Abstract: | China＇s countryside has changed a lot with the reforming and opening policy first applied 30 years ago. The economy of the countryside has experienced a full--round development. With the improvement of agricultural production conditions, farmer＇s living standard has been enhanced. However, with the rural economy＇s unbalanced development in different regions, there is still large amounts of overplus of labor force remaining in the countryside. These seriously restrict the development of economy in the countryside and farmer＇s income. Therefore, the enforcement of the training of tile countryside labor force not only can guide the employment of the countryside labor force reasonably and orderly, but also can effectively solve the transfer problem of the countryside labor force. Meanwhile, it has the significant strategic sense to the development of our country＇s economy. |
