The humanistic quality of nurses refers to the cultivation of humane spirit,humane quality,humane care,and the humanities that nurses are supposed to be equipped with.With the development of the times,the nurses′ humanistic quality occupies an increasingly important position in modern nursing,because it has much to do with the mental and physical health of the patients,with the harmonious relation between doctors and patients,and with the all-round development of nurses themselves.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the humanistic quality of the nurses,and this can be achieved through the following means——to build a better cultural environment,to set up a perfect system for the assessment of their humanistic quality,and to establish a system for the scientific training of nurses.
