关于完善海河教育园区资源共享机制的研究——以涉外旅游专业为例

海河教育园区是天津市乃至全国职业教育改革的＂先头兵＂,在职业教育改革的带动下,天津海河教育园区教育教学质量显著提高。如今,提升内涵、资源共享成为了园区工作的关键词。资源共享主要是指＂教师互聘、课程互选、学分互认＂;内涵式建设是指围绕资源共享,由政府、企业搭建一个高级技能人才的培养平台,同时拓展园区辐射功能,不仅使其辐射到周边的功能区,同时还要辐射到天津的高等院校,实现职业教育和高等教育的有效衔接。

Research on Improving Haihe Education Park Resource Sharing Mechanism——a case study on international tourism management

Tianjin Haihe Education Park is the ＂Vanguard＂ of vocational education reform in Tianjin and even in the whole country,and led by the reform the quality of teaching has been improved significantly.Today,connotation promoting and resource sharing has become the keywords of all work.Resource sharing mainly refers to the ＂mutual employed teachers,curriculum elect,credit recognition＂;connotative construction is around the resource sharing.To achieve an effective convergence of vocational and higher education needs to build a platform for the training of high-level skills with the government and enterprises support,while expanding the park radiation function,not only to make it function of radiation to the surrounding areas,but also radiation to other universities of Tianjin.
