| 摘 要： | ＂教学工厂＂是新加坡南洋理工学院先进的职教理念。在我国,文科高职院校在＂校企合作、产学结合＂方面面临的困难较大,为了解决这些问题,通过学习借鉴教学工厂＂的职教理念,将传统文理分科的观念打破、通过多种形式密切联系企业,以实现终身培训使教师能力多元化和着眼未来培养学生的创新能力。

| Abstract: | Teaching factory is an advanced for vocational education idea developed by Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore.In China,it is difficult for art vocational colleges to cooperate with enterprise and combine production with teaching.To solve the problems,the reference from the idea of teaching factory could break the traditional idea on the division of arts and sciences and contacts enterprises closely in many kinds of ways to realize life-long training that will make teacher ability diversity and focus teachers on cultivating students’ innovation ability. |
