| 摘 要： | 货币政策的不对称效应既体现为紧缩性与扩张性货币政策的效果不同,也体现为货币政策在不同地区的影响力度、时滞和持续时间的差异.利用结构向量自回归模型(SVAR)对我国近20年来的紧缩与扩张货币政策时期的区域效应进行的实证检验发现:紧缩性政策在西部地区的效应更明显,而扩张性政策对东部经济的影响更突出.这表明,紧缩性与扩张性货币政策的区域效应差异导致我国近20年区域间经济的差距进一步加大.所以,中央银行应该采取适当的差别政策措施,以促进我国区域间经济协调发展.

| Abstract: | The asymmetric effect of monetary policy is manifested both as the different effect of tight and easy monetary policy and the different regional impact of monetary policy.This paper is an attempt to examine the regional effect of China's tight and easy monetary policy over the past 20 years by SVAR Model.The result shows that the effect of China's tight monetary policy in the west area was stronger than in the east area.In contrast,the effect of easy monetary policy in the west was weaker than in the east.This shows that the asymmetric regional effect of tight and easy monetary policy has caused the difference of regional economy in China over past 20 years and that difference has been widened.Chinese Central Bank should take suitable regional measures to promote the co-ordinatedn development of China's regional economy. |
