试论负债经营风险控制策略

在我国现阶段社会主义市场经济条件下,企业已成为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我约束和自担风险的经济实体。这就要求企业的管理者在企业发展和控制负债风险之间寻求一条最佳途径,制定出适合本企业实际情况的负债经营风险控制策略。

On the Risk Control Strategy of the Management in Debt

Under the socialist market economy condition of the present stage in our country , enterprises have already become economic entity of independent management, profit-and-loss responsibility, self-discipline, taking risks by oneself. This requires the administrators of enterprises to seek a best way in enterprises development and controlling the risk in debt, establish the control strategy of business risk in debt which is suitable to this enterprise' s actual conditions.
