黑龙江省是畜牧业大省，畜牧业的发展对国民经济起着重要的作用。畜牧业在不断发展过程中，也出现了产业化程度不高和牲畜排泄物污染的问题，对农村生态环境造成了负面影响。鉴于以上现象要从加快生态养殖小区建设、建立循环经济产业模式、引进低碳技术和提高农民的环保意识四个方面加以解决。

The development of animal husbandry plays a vital role in the national economy and Heilongjiang is a province where animal husbandry is a major industry.The development of animal husbandry leads to problems of lower industrial level and environmental pollution so as to cause negative effect of rural ecological environment.In consideration of these phenomena we should speed up constructing ecological breeding area,building circulating economic pattern,introducing low-carbon technology and promoting consciousness of protecting environment.
