| 摘 要： | 为适应我国经济发展方式的转变和产业结构的调整,职教集团应运而生.它有效地整合了区域教育资源,实现了优势互补和资源共享,但目前职教集团的运行机制尚未完善,阻碍了集团的进一步发展.本文首先介绍了职教集团运行机制的内涵,并以北京市职教集团为例,探讨了其目前的发展现状及运行机制存在问题,并提出了相关政策建议.
