| 摘 要： | 本文分析了房屋租赁市场的意义与现状 ,认为南京市房屋租赁市场已初具规模 ,但还处于无序发展状态 ,指出了南京市房屋租赁市场存在房屋租赁法规体系不完善、管理机构不健全、管理手段单一、租赁行为难以确认、供求失衡等问题 ,最后提出了有关政策建议。

| Abstract: | The status quo and its significance of house tenancy market of Nanjing City are analyzed. It is pointed out that the market, which is beginning to take shape but still disorderly, is blemished by imperfect legal code system, unsound management institution, simplistic management measures, difficult confirmation of tenancy acts, supply-demand imbalances, etc. Finally, some policy suggestions are offered. |
