| 摘 要： | 西部地区在当前的新时期、新形势下,如何走新型工业化道路,赶上全国和发达省区的水平,除分析和研究国内外信息化发展的态势和特点,充分利用国内外两种资源,开拓国内市场和国际市场外,应着重发展信息产业,加快信息基础网络建设,适应信息化产业发展的需要,实施人才工厂,缩小"数字鸿沟",这是经济发展的必然选择.

| Abstract: | Under the new situation and in the new period,how to move in the new-type industrialized road,catch up with the development of the nation and developed areas,besides analyzing and studying the situation and characteristic of domestic and foreign information-based development,fully utilizing domestic and international resources,exploiting domestic and international markets,Western region should develop the information industry emphatically,accelerate the construction of basic network of information,meet the needs of information-based industry's development,implement "talent project",narrow the digital gap.It is an inevitable choice of economic development. |
