动态环境中项目管理组织资本效率的提升

由于项目本身的特点,决定了项目实施过程中组织管理的特殊性。在一般项目管理组织研究中仅涉及组织结构设计、结构模式的选择及人力资源等传统方面,而忽视组织资本项目管理在组织中的作用。本文通过对组织资本的概念界定及其特征的分析,从新的视角探讨在组织结构优化条件下,对项目组织资源进行整合以达到项目组织资本效率提升的目的。

The Efficiency Promotion of the organizational Capital in Project Management System under Dynamic Environment

The features of a project determine the specificity of organization and management during the process of its Implementation.However,general researches on project management deal with only the traditional aspects such as organizational structure design,structure model selection and human resources,which ignore the roles the organizational capital plays.This paper defines the conception of organizational capital and analyzes its features,and then it discusses the steps to integrate the organization capital so as to gain efficiency from a new angle of view.
