| Abstract: | Water is the life line of the oasis. In the wicked environment and weak ecology, the water becomes the key controling factor for BINGTUAN economical development. BINGTUAN has been cut into pieces of oasis with trees and trenches. In the western development, BINGTUAN must try their best to create new brilliance by efficiently using water resources. |
