内蒙古蒙语授课小学英语师资队伍现状调查与分析

摘    要:重视和加强蒙语授课小学英语师资队伍建设将直接关系到内蒙古地区蒙语授课小学的英语教学质量,也直接关系到在全区民族小学开展的"三语"教学能否顺利实施。通过调查分析可以得出结论,在这支年轻英语教师队伍中,有82.26%的教师为女性,有90.32%的教师年龄在20-30岁之间;他们对蒙语(母语)、汉语(族际语)和英语(国际语,即外语)的态度是积极的,也钟爱自己的岗位,但存在教龄较短,英语专业水平整体偏低、个体水平差异较大,英语基础知识和基本教学技能的掌握还很薄弱等方面问题;在英语课堂的教学语言选择上,倾向初期阶段利用汉语作为媒介语多于倾向母语者。

Abstract:The emphasis and reinforcement of the establishment of English teaching staff in Mongolian teaching primary schools have a direct bearing on English quality as well as the implementation of trilingual teaching plan. The author draws a conclusion from careful investigation and analysis ; The young teaching staff, with the majority of females, has an active attitude toward Mongolian, Chinese, English language and also loves teaching post, however, there are still some problems of shortage of teaching experience, poor specialty level , large difference of individuals and the lack of basic knowledge and teaching skills. They tend to choose Chinese as teaching language instead of Mongolian language.
