The moral and rational basis of the subjects in market economy is the necessary standard of conduct to maintain the orders of market economy operation.If the whole society fails to establish the moral reason according to its existence as people's common"interal code of ethnics and external standard of conduct",then the market economy will lose its moral and cultural support.And it is hard to establish essential operation orders of social economy.The moral and rati onal basis as the cultural power to support the operation of social economy,mainly lies in three aspects:the guiding power of social economy operation,the stimulating power of economy individuals and the cohesive force of cooperation between economy organizations.
