| Abstract: | The paper presents a retrospect and an analysis of science, technology and enterprises in Yancheng Institute of Technology since its establishment, summarizes the experience and achievements in the past several years from several years from seven aspects and points out the existing problems and drawbacks. Meanwhile from the strategic stance in the realization of the third phase of development of the institute, the paper presents the general purposes and measures in the coming years. |
