| 摘 要： | 中共“十七大”报告指明了落实科学发展观必须坚持以经济建设为中心。从马克思主义基本原理角度可以对“十七大”这一立场做深入分析：坚持以经济建设为中心是唯物辩证法的基本结论，坚持以经济建设为中心是唯物史观的基本结论，坚持以经济建设为中心是科学社会主义的基本结论。科学发展观不是要用其他因素取代经济建设的中心地位，而是以更科学、全面的角度协调、把握经济建设和其他重大问题之间的关系。因此，我们必须对当前思想界的各种“新中心论”有正确的认识，坚持以经济建设为中心的基本路线不动摇。 |

| Abstract: | the report of the 17th NCCPC points out that Carrying out scientific development theory must insist in regarding economic construction as the center work. We dan analyze the pointstand of the 17th NCCPC from basical Marxism theories. Regarding economic construction as the center work is the essential conclusion of materialist dialectics. Regarding economic construction as the center work is the essential conclusion of materialist conception of history. Regarding economic construction ＇as the center work isthe essential conclusion of scientific socialism. Scientific development theory do not make economic construction been taken placed by other factors,but harmonize and hold the relation between economic construction and other important factors from more scientific and comprehensive point of view. As a result,we must recognize the various ＂new center＂opinions about CPC＇ s central work correctly and insist in regarding economic construction as the center work. |
