摘    要:
晚期维新派的科技兴农思想主要有:创设农业机构,兴办农会,以主持农业改良;办农业教育、出版农学书刊,以传播农学知识;应用科学技术和新式农具、从事农业生产,以提高农业生产效率;采用新式机器、加工农产品,以改进土货质量;引进、推广良种,以提高农产品的数量和质量。上述思想对近代中国农业的发展产生了积极的影响:催生了上海农学会的诞生和《农学报》的刊行;推动了中国农业教育的勃兴和农学知识的传播;使一批外来物种得以在中国引进;促使中国农具开始向机械化、半机械化方向发展;推动了中国农业由经验农学向实验农学的转型。

Abstract:
The late Reformists'thougths of developing agriculture by applying scientific and technological advances mainly include: to sot up agricultural administrative offices and peasant associations which lead agricultural reform; to found agricultural schools and publish books and periodicals on agronomy so as to spread agricultural knowledge; to apply science and technology and modem farm tools to agricultural production so as to increase agricultural production efficiency; to process farm production with modem machinery so as to improve national farm productivity; to introduce and popul .ayize high - quality seeds so as to increase crop yields as well as its quality. These thoughts has had positive influences on modem Chinese agricultural evolvement, such as: ( 1 ) The Chinese modem agricultural education was promoted and agricultural knowledge was widely spread; (2) some foreign species were introduced into China; (3) Chinese farm tools began to develop towards mechanization and semi -mechanization; (4) Chinese agriculture progressed from the stage empirical agriculture to that of experimental agronomy.
